With a wide number of people in India grumbling around making sanskrit education and other Hindu scriptures compulsory, I post a question to those people who oppose these... Whats not in "Hinduism- a way of living" indeed..???? Right from the origin of the world and even its evolution is explained so fabulously.. For instance The bigbang theory which explains that the world was created by the accumulation of the dust particles from the miky way, by a force after a huge bang had occured... The same concept is explained in Bhargava purana, as one day goddess parvathi or shakthi went for a bath, and before that she accumulated all the dust particles from her body and created lord Ganesha...
We say shakthi as power or force.. hence she is the force which accumulated all the dusts and created the world.. Also we people know that the belly of ganesha depicts the world and hence its of huge size.. Thats why we celebrate ganesha chathurthi with ganesha made of clay and immerse him back to water... This force was the witness for the bang, which was stated in lalitha sahasranamam as " Maheshwara maha kalpa maha thaandava saakshini"
So dudesss Hindus don't worship just a doll out of clay and stone.....
